(refer to UC doorways website: https://doorways.ucop.edu/list/ ) Put a line through all non-college prep classes (Team Sports, TA, Woodshop) Repeated courses must be exact same level and title

Choose the grade for each semester (if you repeated a D or F only report the new grade and not the D or F).

 Must be the exact same class! (ex. D in honors or AP course must be included even if made up with a college prep course) Designate if it was an honors course only if there is a star on the left of the course on your high school transcript.

 CANNOT designate Bio (H), English (H), History (H), Geometry (H), or Algebra 2 (H) as an honors course

College courses (example: work experience)

   Enter college name (Palomar) on the “College Information” page Make sure to select “College Course” in the Honors/AP/IB/College Course field You must only report one grade earned for a college course. The college course will be counted as two semesters of high school credit
