Cabina antigoccia per applicazione di prodotti in “airless” interamente costruita
in acciaio inox, con recupero completo del prodotto dall’aspirazione e dotata di
sistema abbattimento prodotto con reti anti “over spray”. Questo sistema permette
l’atomizzazione delle molecole di smalto per una perfetta stesura dello smalto anche
quando si applicano piccole quantità. I l sistema “deep bottom” con fondo, ed aspirazioni
ribassate, e la cabina più lunga rispetto le versioni standard, aumenta i volumi interni
della cabina, eliminando così le gocce di rimbalzo, ed aumentando notevolmente la
quantità di prodotto.recuperato dalle aspirazioni. Queste caratteristiche la rendono la

Cabina costruita in acciaio inox utilizzata per l’applicazione dello smalto su supporto ceramico. La
motorizzazione di tale cabina è controllata mediante inverter e permette una facile regolazione
della velocità dei dischi, l’assenza di vibrazioni e di rumorosità. Le sue particolari forme interne
consentono un’ eliminazione totale dei grumi, una perfetta stesura dello smalto e lunghi periodi di
lavoro senza necessità di lavaggio. Tale cabina è disponibile anche con ponti esterni raffreddati ad
acqua.
MOD. “PRESTIGE” INVERTER CONTROLLED DOUBLE DISK CABIN
This cabin is entirely built of stainless steel. Its purposes is to glaze ceramic supports. The cabin’s
motor drive unit is controlled by an inverter, allows for easy disk speed adjustment, runs quietly
and without shaking. Its particular internal shape eliminates glaze lumps and ensures a perfect
application of glaze. Furthermore it can be run for long periods of time without having to be
washed. The cabin is also offered in the version cooled by a water jacket.
“PRESTIGE” INVERTERBETRIEBENE DOPPELSCHEIBENKABINE
Die kabine aus Edelstahl wird zum Glasurauftrag auf die Keramikscherbe verwendet. Der
Antrieb dieser Kabine wird durch Inverter Kontrolliert, wodurch eine einfache Regulierung der
Scheibengeschwindigkeit und moglich ist Vibrationen und Gerauschbildung Vermieden werden
konnen. Die besondere Innenstruktur ermoglicht eine vollstandige Vermeidung von Klumpenbildung,
eine makellosen Glasurauftrag und lange Betriebszeiten, ohne die Kabine auswaschen zu mussen.

CABINA DE DISCO DOBLE ACCIONADA CON INVERTER “PRESTIGE”
Cabina construida en acero inoxidable que se emplea en la aplicaciòn del esmalte sobre
soporte céramico. La motorizaciòn de la misma se controla mediante inverter y permite la fàcil
regulaciòn de las velocidades de los discos, la ausencia de vibraciones y ruido. Su particular forma
interna permite: una total eliminaciòn de los grumos, la perfecta extensiòn del esmalte y largos
perìodos de trabajo sin necesidad de lavado. Ademàs, dicha cabina està disponibile con puentes
externos refrigerados por agua.

Cabine construite en acier inox utilisée pour appliquer l’émail sur le support céramique. La
motorisation de cette cabine, controlée par inverter, permet de régler facilement la vitesse des
disques et élimine les vibrations et le bruit. Des formes intérioures particulières permettent
d’éliminer totalement les grumeaux, d’étendre parfaitement l’émail et de travailler pendant de
longues périodes sans avoir besoin de laver. Cette cabine est disponible également avec des
ponts extérieurs refroidis à l’eau.

Cabina interamente costruita in acciaio inox AISI 304 per l’applicazione di fissativi. Collegandola all’impianto di
aspirazione generale tutto il prodotto in sospensione nella cabina viene aspirato, i filtri lo trattengono senza

FIXER CABIN “ECOLOGY”
This cabin is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304 for the application of fixers. When you connect it to the
main suction plant, the product floating in the cabin is sucked; filters hold it without damaging pipes and filtering
machines.

Sistema di applicazione in airless, appositamente studiato per grandi formati, che garantisce
una perfetta stesura di engobbi, smalti, cristalline, su piastrelle con larghezza fino a 1700mm. La
macchina è composta da una cabina completamente costruita in acciaio inox aisi 304, completa
di sistema di aspirazione. Asse superiore mobile indipendente, tramite motore brushless,
quadro elettrico di comando con inverter e plc. Touch screen di programmazione parametri,
la velocità di traslazione degli erogatori airless, è calcolata automaticamente dalla macchina,
ed è sempre monitorata tramite n.2 encoder. Grazie a questo sistema automatico, la macchina
puo’ essere utilizzata tranquillamente da qualsiasi persona, infatti l’unica regolazione che deve
eseguire l’operatore, è regolare il peso del prodotto nebulizzato sulla piastrella.

Airless application system, designed for big formats, which assures a perfect application of
engobes, glazes, crystallines on tiles with width up to 1700 mm. the machine consists of a cabin
entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304, complete with suction system. Independent mobile
top axis, through a brushless motor, electrical control panel with inverter and PLC & Touch
screen parameters programming, the speed of translation of the airless dispenser system, is
automatically calculated by the machine, and it’s always monitored through 2 encoders. Thanks
to this automatic system, the machine can be safely used by every person, in fact, the only
adjustment that the operator have to do is to adjust the weight of the product sprayed on the
tile.

Evoluzione della cabina grandi formati, creata da TG MAC s.r.l. nel 2008. Grazie all’esperienza
acquisita durante questi anni, l’applicazione è stata cambiata e migliorata, raggiungendo
eccellenti livelli di stesura prodotto ed affidabilità macchina.
Appositamente studiata per avere una perfetta stesura con smalti ad altissima densità,
e per lavorare con smalti e graniglie. La perfetta stesura è ottenuta grazie ad un nuovo
“disegno” che la macchia fa esegue sulla piastrella, la velocità di traslazione ugelli è stata
notevolmente aumentata ed è stata potenziata sia la struttura in acciaio inox che l’impianto
elettrico. La nuova forma della cabina, e le dimensioni maggiorate per aumentare i volumi
interni consentono un effettivo risparmio di smalto tra il cinque e l’otto per cento, e lunghi
turni di lavoro senza necessità di lavaggi.

Evolution of the big size cabin, created by TG MAC srl in 2008. Thanks to the experience
gained during these years, the application has been changed and improved, achieving
excellent levels of drafting product and reliability of machine.
Specially designed to have a perfect application with high density glaze and to work with
glaze and grits. The perfect drafting is obtained thanks to a new “drawing” that the machine
makes on tiles, nozzles translation speed has been greatly increased and upgraded and
it has been increased also stainless steel structure and electrical system. The new shape
of the cabin and increased sizes to raise the internal volume allow an effective saving of
glaze between five and eight per cent, and long shifts without the need of washing.

con membrane azionate meccanicamente, garantisce un’erogazione priva di pulsazioni, e
contemporaneamente rende impossibile la contaminazione dello smalto nel mastello in caso di
rottura di una o più membrane. È dotata di quadro elettrico con inverter e sensore di pressione,
che controlla e mantiene costante la pressione dello smalto variando gli Hz del motore . Inoltre
quando il motore si scosta di 1,5 Hz dal valore iniziale di lavoro si accende un lampeggiante per
avvertire l’ope- ratore di un eventuale malfunzionamento. Si possono così individuare e risolvere
immediatamente problemi dovuti ad intasamenti degli ugelli o a livelli di smalto troppo bassi nel

mechanically moved, guarantees an supply without pulse, and make impossible the pollution of the
glaze from the oil of the pump, id one or more membrane get broken. It is equipped with electric
board with inverter and a sensor to control and keep enamel pressure constant by varying engine
Hz. Moreover, when the engine has a change of 1.5 Hz respect to the initial working value, a
blinker goes off to warn the operator of the malfunctioning. So you can immediately detect

Perfect Dry, macchina a rullo per l’applicazione di graniglie, fritte, polveri, sabbie e smalti
sinterizzati, caratteristica principale della macchina è la semplicità d’uso, consente una
stesura anche con polveri molto fini e pochissimi grammi di prodotto fino a coperture
con quantità elevate. Il sistema è composto da un serbatoio/elevatore per il caricamento
del prodotto, da un serbatoio/rullo per la distribuzione sulla piastrella e di un nastro per il
recupero del prodotto in eccesso. La zona di stesura è completamente chiusa per ridurre
al minimo le fuoriuscite di polveri, la macchina è comandata da pannello elettronico
completo di touch-screen, che permette di regolare tutti i parametri di lavorazione e di
salvarli in ricette.
Ciclone per aspirazione graniglie in eccesso dalla superficie della piastrella. Completo di
sistema per il convogliamento della graniglia aspirata nella tramoggia principale della
macchina di applicazione graniglie. Il ciclone di aspirazione polveri, unito alla macchina
Perfect Dry, consente di creare “venature” di prodotto ed altri effetti sulle piastrelle.
PERFECT DRY
Perfect Dry, a roller machine for the application of graniglia, frits, powders with no grams
of product to coverings with high quantity of it. The system is composed of a tank/elevator
for product loading, a tank/roller for the distribution on a tile and a conveyor belt fot
excess product recovery. The application area is completely closed in order to reduce the
product leak to its lowest and it is provided with infrared lamps and intake plugs in order
to eliminate humidity from powders. The machine is controlled by an electronic panel with
a touch-screen that allows to adjust all working parameters and save them into formulas.
Cyclone for excess graniglia aspiration from tiles surfaces. It is provided with a system for
convoying aspirated graniglia to the main hopper of the machine. The powders aspiration
cyclone, together with Perfect Dry machine, allows to make product “veining” and other
effects on tiles.

Mastello utilizzato per agitare lo smalto ceramico ed alimentare contemporaneamente la
pompa airless sulle linee di smaltatura. I vantaggi sono dati dal rivestimento in gomma
antiusura del corpo pompa, svuotamento completo della vasca e autolavaggio della stessa.
Il pozzetto troppo pieno, mantiene costante il livello di smalto nella zona del pescante della
pompa, In questo modo i valori di pressione e portata vengono mantenuti costanti sia che
il mastello sia pieno sia che il mastello sia a livello minimo. Quando viene fermata la
produzione, tutto lo smalto può essere trasferito nella vasca grande ed essere mantenuto
in agitazione.

This trolley-mounted tank is used for stirring ceramic glaze while at the same time feeding
the airless pump along the glazing line. The advantage’s are the wear-resistant rubber
covering of the pump body and the complete emptying and automatic washing of the tank.

L’agitatore MASTER è dotato di due vasche comunicanti, una di “agitazione” grande, ed una
piu’ piccola di “pompaggio” che viene alimentata dalla prima. Nella vasca di pompaggio il livello di
smalto è mantenuto sempre costante da un galleggiante di controllo che blocca e sblocca il flusso
di smalto proveniente dalla vasca grande. In questo modo i valori di pressione e portata vengono
mantenuti costanti sia che il mastello sia pieno sia che il mastello sia a livello minimo. Quando
viene fermata la produzione, tutto lo smalto può essere trasferito nella vasca superiore ed
essere mantenuto in agitazione
“MASTER” MIXER
The mixer “MASTER”, featuring a unique construction and operative function avoids any problem
usually associated with a traditional glaze tank. A special control float ensures that pressure
and delivery are maintained constant irrespectively of whether the tank is at minimun or maximun
level. The tank is also equipped with an indipendent low energy consumption agitator wich may
be left on, even when the pump is not in use, since all the glaze may be transfered to the upper
tank section when production is stopped by means of a shut off valve located between the two tank
sections.
“MASTER” GLASURMISCHBEHÄLTER
Einizing als bauart und arbeitsweise gestattet der boettich “MASTER” alle unannhmlechkeiten zu
auszuschliessen, die druck-und leistungswerte stending, sowhl der behaelter voll ist als auch
auf der minimun stand. Das wird mit einem kontrollschwimmer gemacht. Der behaelter
hat ein unabhaengiges ruehrwerk mit niedrigem verbrauch von energie, das man funktionieren
lassen kann, auch wenn die pumpe stehend ist. Das kann man machen, weil man die glasur in den
obigen behäelter verlegen, als man die produktion aufhaltet. Man macht die verlegung durch ein
Schliessungsventil, das sich zwischen den zwei behaeltern findet.
AGITADOR “MASTER”
El agitador MASTER está dotado de dos tinas comunicadas, una de “agitación” grande, y otra más
pequeña de “bombeo” que es alimentada por la primera. En la tina de bombeo el nivel de esmalte
se mantiene constante por una boya de control que bloquea y desbloquea el flujo de esmalte
proveniente de la pila grande, de esta manera los valores de presión y cabida son mantenidos
constantes ya sea que el contenedor esté lleno o que esté a un nivel mínimo. Cuando se para la
producción, todo el esmalte se puede transferir en la pila superior y ser mantenido en agitación.
CUVE DE MÉLANGE “MASTER”
La cuve de mélange “Master” unique comme construction et fonctionnement, permet d’eliminer
les inconvenients qui l’on trouve avec les baquets traditionnels. Specialment il mantient constant
les valeurs de la pression et de la portée, soit quand le baquet soit plein soit quand on le niveau
minimun. On fait tout ça par un flotteur de control. Le baquet a un agitateur indipendent à basse
consommation d’energie qui peut être laissée en fonction même si la pompe est arretée, parce
que à partir du moment de l’arret de production on apporte tout l’email dans la cuve superieure.
On fait ce passage par l’action d’une soupape de fermeture qui se trouve entre les deux cuves.

wobei die Emaille gebunden wird und gleichzeitig die Aufbringvorrichtungen auf der Emaillierlinie
versorgt werden. Unter den zahlreichen Vorteilen treten besonders die langsame Ruhrweise des
Produktes zur Vermeidung von Luftblasen hervor, die besondere Form des Abstreichers,
der durch Abschaben des Bodens diesen sauber halt und der seitliche Sumpf fur eine blasenfreie

en suspension l’émail et alimentant en meme temps les applicateurs sur la ligne d’émaillage. Le
type d’agitation lente du produit permettant d’éviter les bulles d’air, la forme particulière du rateau
qui maintient le fond propre en le rasant, et le puisard latéral pour un chargement de l’émail sans
bulles d’air sont quelques-uns des nombreux avantages de ce mélangeur.

Queste macchine sono state create per setacciare liquidi a viscosità e densità fra le più elevate,
con reti finissime, a vantaggio della qualità del prodotto finale. Il movimento tridimensionale
dei setacci assicura una netta ed istantanea separazione del liquido dal solido, che si deposita
nella zona periferica del vaglio lasciando la rete costantemente pulita. I setacci sono composti
da un anello su cui viene fortemente tesa e bloccata una rete di acciaio inox. La durata media
di una rete è di cinque mesi, e può essere sostituita da qualsiasi personale di servizio in pochi
istanti. Le reti utilizzate per setacciare sono di tipo commerciale, normalmente reperibili ovunqe.
VIBRATING SIEVES AND WHEELED VIBROSIEVES
This machine sieves liquid, even with the highest degree of viscosity and density with finest nets,
this improves the quality of the final product. The three-dimensional movement of the screens
allows an immediate separation of liquid from solid, who to deposit into the outer area of the
screen, leaving the net always clean. The screens are composed of a ring over wich a stainless
steel net is stretched and fastened. The average life of the net is five months, and the sostitution
of the net can be carry by any member of the service personnel in a short time. Commercial
and to be found everywhere net is used for screen.

und sofortige Trennung der flüssigen und der festen Bestandteile; letztere setzen sich am
Außenbereich des Siebs ab und lassen das Netz so immer sauber. Die Siebe bestehen aus einem
Ring, um den ein Edelstahlnetz gespannt und festgezogen wird. Ein Netz hat eine durchschnittliche
Lebensdauer von fünf Monaten und kann von jedem beliebigen Servicepersonal in wenigen
Augenblicken ausgewechselt werden. Die verwendeten Siebnetze sind handelsüblich und überall
problemlos erhältlich.
VIBROTAMIZ Y VIBROCRIBA EN CARRETILLA
Estas máquinas han sido creadas para tamizar líquidos a viscosidad y densidad entre las
más elevadas con redes finísimas, para la ventaja de la calidad del producto final. El movimiento
tridimensional de los tamices asegura una neta e instantánea separación del líquido del sólido,
que se deposita en la zona periférica de la criba dejando la red constante- mente limpia. Los
tamices están compuestos de una anilla en la cual se tensa y bloquea una red dacero
inox. La duración media de una red es de cinco meses, y puede ser sustituida por cualquier
persona del personal de servicio en pocos instantes. Las redes utilizadas para tamizar son
de un tipo comercial normalmente localizables en cualquier lugar.

Ces machines ont été crées pour tamiser des liquides ayant viscosité et densité très élevées par
des mailles très fines, avantageant ainsi la qualité du produit final. Le mouvement tridimensionnel
des tamis assure une séparation nette et instantanée du liquide du solide qui se dépose dans
la zone périphérique du tamis laissant les filets toujours propres. Les tamis sont composés par
une bague sur laquelle une maille en acier inox vient fortement tendue et bloquée. La durée
moyenne d’un filet est de cinq mois et il peut être remplacé par quelconque personne de service
en quelques instants. Les mailles utilisées pour tamiser sont de type commercial et peuvent
être trouvées partout.

ABSCHABGRUPPE MIT FILZROLLEN
Diese Gruppe wird bei “Einmalbrand, Einmalbrand poröser Scherben, Feinteinzeug”
verwendet, um die Glasurreste oder auch die Pre?grate von den vier Fliesenseiten mit Hilfe
der abschabenden Filzrollen zuentfernen. Diese Vorrichtung wird verwendet zum:
-Abschaben der Glasur von den vier Fliesenseiten;
-Entfernen der Preβgrate vor dem Glasieren.

Dispositivo empleado en “monococción - monoporosa - gres porcelánico” para permitir la
eliminación de las coldas de esmalte en los lados del azulejo, obien para quitar las rebabas
de prensado en los lados gracias a la acción abrasiva de los rodillos en fieltro. Dicho
dispositivo permite:
-Rascar el esmalte en los cuatro lados del azulejos.
-Quitar las rebabas de prensado del azulejo antes de la fase de esmaltado.

Dispositif utilisé en “monocuisson - monoporeuse - grès cérame” pour éliminer les coulées
d’éliminer les coulées d’émail ou les bavures de pressage sur les côtés du carreau, grâce à

La spazzolatrice a cinghie è un dispositivo utilizzato sia per l’asportazione delle bave laterali che
per la pulizia della superficie esposta delle piastrelle. La spazzolatrice è costituita da due cinghie
provviste di setole che scorrono trasversalmente al moto della piastrella in senso opposto l’uno
all’altro. L’altezza delle spazzole è regolabile in modo da poter variare la pressione delle setole sulla
superfice da pulire a seconda delle proprie esigenze.
BELTS BRUSHING UNIT
The brushing unit group is a device suitable to clean the exposed surface of tiles and proper for
the trimming of their lateral burrs.
The brushing unit is mainly constituted of number 2 belts with bristles which rotate transversally
respect to the tile motion and with an opposite way each other. The high of the brushes is adjustable
in order to variate the action of the bristles on the tiles.
RIEMEN-BÜRSTENMASCHINE
Bei der Riemen-Bürstenmaschine handelt es sich um ein Gerät zum Entfernen der seitlichen Grate
und zum Reinigen der sichtbaren Fliesenoberfläche. Die Bürstenmaschine verfügt über zwei
Riemen mit Borsten, die quer zueinander und entgegengesetzt zur Laufrichtung der Fliese
verlaufen. Die Höhe der Bürsten ist regulierbar, um den Borstendruck auf der zu reinigenden
Oberfläche je nach Bedarf ändern zu können.
MÁQUINA CEPILLADORA A CORREAS
La máquina cepilladora a correas es un dispositivo para la extirpación de las babas laterales y la
limpieza de la superficie expuesta de los azulejos. La máquina cepilladora está formada por
dos correas abastecidas con cerdas que se deslizan trasversalmente al movimiento del azulejo
en sentido opuesto el uno del otro. La altura de los cepillos es ajustable de manera que se puede
variar la presión de las cerdas sobre la superficie a limpiar según las propias exigencias.
BROSSEUSE A COURROIES
La brosseuse à courroies est un dispositif pour l’ablation des baves latérales et le nettoyage de la
surface exposée des carreaux. La brosseuse est composée par deux courroies pourvues de
soies qui GLISSENT transversalement par rapport au mouvement du carreau de façon opposée
l’une à l’autre. La hauteur des brosses peut être réglée de façon à pouvoir varier la pression des
soies sur la surface à nettoyer suivant ses propres exigences.

preleva in caso di necessità produttive e le immette successivamente in spazi vuoti. E’
studiato appositamente per le piastrelle di grandi formati, munito di una rastrelliera
di raccolta che aderisce perfettamente su tutta la base della piastrella per evitare che
subiscano rotture e deformazioni.
SLAT COMPENSATOR.
This equipement has been designed to optimise the tile flow towards the glazing line. Il
can pick tiles up when necessary and unload them in the gaps available. It is specifically
designed for large size tiles. It comes provided with a tile collecting rack which adheres to
the tile base and prevents it from any breaking and deforming.

Dieser kompensator dient zum Ausgleich des Fliesendurchlaufs auf der Glasierlinle. Bel
Uber-produktion nimmt der Kompensator die Fliesen auf und gibt sie ab, wenn Freiraume
entstehen. Dieser Kompensator dient fur grobe Formate. Denn er ist mit Verstrebungen
ausgestattet, auf der die gesamte Unterseite der Fliese aufsitzt. Daher konnen die Fliesen
weder brechen noch verformt werden- eine Gefahr.

Dispositivo utilizado para optimizar el flujo de los azulejos sobre la linea de esmaltado: los
retina en caso de necesitad productiva y los vuelve a introducir sucesivamente en
espacios vacìos. Màquina estudiada expresamente para los azulejos de formatos grandes.
Esta munida de una reilla de recolecciòn que se adhlere perfectamente a toda la base del
azuleja para evitar que sufra roturas y de-formaciones.

Ce dispositif est employé pour optimaliser l’écoulement des carreaux sur la ligne d’émaillage:
suivant les exigences de production. Il prend les carreaux et les ajouts, ensulte dans les
espaces vides. Cette machine a spécialement été concue pour les carreaux ayant de grands
formats. Ce compensateur est muni d’une grille de ramassage adhérant parfaitement à
toute la base du carreau, ce qui permet d’éviter d’éventuelles cassures ou déformations.

This equipement has been designed to optimise the tile flow towards the glazing line. Il

Macchina utilizzata nei tratti di linea immediatamente precedenti le macchine serigrafiche per
spostare le piastrelle dall’asse della linea in più posizioni, permettendo così di ottenere piastrelle
differenti tra di loro, e di sfruttare al massimo la larghezza del rullo di incisione che avrà quindi
maggiore durata. La macchina può spostare le piastrelle in maniera casuale o portarle in due
o tre posizioni fisse.

This machine is used on the parts of line immediately before the decorating machines. It moves the
tiles from the line axis positon into different positions to have different tiles. With this conveyor
the whole roller’s engraving width can be exploited to the full which means a longer life.

Máquina utilizada en los tramos de línea enseguida antes de las máquina serigráficas. El traslador
permite desplazar los azulejos del eje de la línea en distintas posiciones, por lo que permite
conseguir azulejos distintos entre ellos. Además permite explotar al máximo
todo el ancho de grabado del cilindro consiguiendo de esta forma una mayor duración.

Machine utilisée à l’endroit de certaines parties de ligne se trouvant tout de suite avant les
machines sérigraphiques. Le transporteur permet de déplacer les carreaux de l’axe de la ligne en
plusieurs positions. C’est ce qui permet non seulement d’obtenir des carreaux différents les uns
des autres, mais aussi d’exploiter au maximun toute la largeur d’impression du rouleau pour plus

L’Espulsore di piastrelle può avere diverse funzioni;
Controllo Temperatura: legge la temperatura del pezzo, quando la temperatura è fuori range
impostato la macchina scarta automaticamente il pezzo.
Controllo dimensionale pezzo: si assegna una lunghezza in bit al pezzo. La macchina tramite
tre fotocellule rileva la lunghezza, e se è inferiore a quella impostata la macchina espelle
il pezzo. Prelievo staffette: dopo le macchine digitali o a fine linea la macchina preleva i pezzi
dalla linea, le piastrelle “sostano sulla rulliera a lato della linea, agevolando così l’operatore che
preleva i pezzi per staffette o prove.
Abbinato a macchine di controllo qualità, riceve un segnale quando le piastrelle presentano dei
difetti e li scarta automaticamente.
EXPELLER AT ROLLERS
The tile expeller can have different functions;
Temperature check: it reads tile temperature , the machine discards automatically the piece
when temperature is out of setted range “ Tile size check: it is assigned a length in bits to the
tiles , the machine detects length through three photoelectric cells, when de-tected length is
below than set up value the machine expels the piece.
”Collecting samples”: the machine draws pieces from lines after digital machines or at end-line ,
tiles pause on roller conveyor on the side of the line , facilitating the operator who draws pieces
for samples or proofs.
Combined with control quality machine it receives a signal when tiles present defects and it
rejects them automatically

evitando il contatto tra di loro. Gli ingombri e le manutenzioni di questa macchina sono state
notevolmente ridotte rispetto ai tradizionali uniformatori di flusso, così come sono state
totalmente eliminate le rotture delle piastrelle. Sono invece state aumentate le velocità, ed
è stata garantita l’assoluta affidabilità.
ELECTRONIC TILE SEPARATOR
This device rearranges the batches of tiles existing the dryer and maintains a gap betwen
them. The device has extremly reduced space requirements and its maintenance is cut
down to a mini-mun. Tile breakages have been eliminated, while keeping the output high
and grnting the maximun reliability.

Geschwindigkeiten erhöht und es kann eine absolute Zuverlässigkeit garantiert werden.

Este dispositivo permite uniformar el flujo de azulejos en la salida del secadero, evitando
el contacto entre los mismos. Las dimensiones y las operaciones de mantenimiento de dicho
dispositivo han sido reducidas al mìnimo, asì como se han eliminado totalmente las roturas
de azulejos; en cambio, se han aumentado las “velocidades” y se ha garantizado una fiabilidad
absoluta.

da 12”, il centro di calcolo è un pc industriale comunicante con un trasduttore che tramite un software elabora
e schematizza in veste grafica le informazioni, che appaiono in maniera chiara ed intuitiva. Permette ed obbliga
a fare la taratura ad ogni accensione, la stampa ed il salvataggio dei dati di ogni misurazione, la creazione di un
database dei formati da misurare, attribuendogli codici o sigle, abbinandoli ad una o più presse, e decidendo il n. di
misurazioni per lato da effettuare. Sul monitor appaiono sempre in tempo reale oltre alle varie misurazioni anche
il delta lato “x” ed il delta lato “y”, e per i formati quadrati, inoltre viene anche visualizzato il delta x-y (delta calibro,
od ortogonalità)

Machine that allows precise size control in tiles. It is equipped with 12” touch screen monitor. The data processing
centre is an industrial pc communicating with a transducer that has software to process and outline data in a
graphical way so that they are displayed in a clear and evident way. Any time you switch it on you are requested
to do calibration, print and save the data of each measuring, create a database of the sizes you want to measure
giving them codes or initials, and matching them to one or more presses and deciding the number of measurements
that must be carried out for each side. Together with all measurements the monitor promptly displays the delta
of side “x” and the delta of side “y” and, for square sizes, the delta x-y is also displayed (range delta or squareness)

quadratischen Formaten wird zusätzlich das Delta x-y angezeigt (Delta Messprüfer oder Orthogonalität)

Máquina que permite un preciso control dimensional de los azulejos. Está dotada de un monitor touch screen de
12”, el centro de cálculo es un ordenador industrial comunicante con un traductor que por medio de un software
elabora y esquematiza con calidad gráfica las informaciones, que aparecen de manera clara e intuitiva. Permite
y obliga a hacer el calibrado en cada encendido, la impresión y el salvado de los datos de cada medida, crea una
base de datos de los formatos para medir, atribuyéndoles códigos o siglas, combinándolos en cada o más
prensas, y decidiendo el número de medidas por cada lado a efectuar. En el monitor aparecen siempre en
tiempo real además de las varias medidas, el delta lado “x” y el delta lado “y”, y para los formatos cuadrados además
se visualiza también el delta x-y (delta calibre, u ortoganalidad).

Appareil qui permet le contrôle précis des dimensions des carreaux. Il est pourvu d’un écran touch screen
de 12”, le centre de calcul est un ordinateur industriel en communication avec un transducteur qui, par
l’intermédiaire d’un software, élabore et schématise graphiquement, de façon claire et intuitive, les informations
qui apparaissent. Il permet et oblige à faire le tarage à chaque allumage, l’impression et le sauvetage des données
de chaque mesurage, de créer un data base des formats à mesurer en lui attribuant des codes ou des sigles, les
accouplant à une ou plusieurs presses et décidant le nombre de mesures à effectuer par coté. Sur l’écran, en temps
réel, outre les différents mesurage, apparaissent toujours aussi le delta coté “ x “ et le delta coté “ y “ et, pour les
formats carrés, on y voit aussi le delta x - y (delta, calibre ou orthogonalité).
