Isidro Helder is Commercial Director with TMF Group, responsible for the region Europe, Middle East and Africa. In
the years that he worked as Corporate Lawyer and Global Relationship Manager in the Netherlands he assisted
multinational companies to expand their business across borders. He subsequently accepted the position as
Managing Director of a technology company and built their EMEA head office in Amsterdam, while at the same
time take responsibility for all legal matters in the same region as Legal Counsel of the group. In 2012 Isidro joined
TMF Group to guide their multinational clients in their expansion throughout the EMEA region and built a bridge
between Asia and Europe. Given the importance of Hong Kong for the international investments in amongst others
China, he is continuously assisting companies from EMEA to set up their structure through Hong Kong and at the
same time guide companies to invest in Europe through Hong Kong holding companies. It is a pleasure to share
TMF Group's experience of doing business in Hong Kong.
