KAMPIOENSBEKERS
Verenigingen kunnen voor de teams welke reeds kampioen zijn, de bekers en medailles op het Rayonbureau afhalen.
Wij verzoeken u wel vooraf het Rayonbureau op de hoogte te brengen van de dag en tijdstip dat u de bekers komt
halen. Ook graag doorgeven om welke poule het gaat.
Wij kunnen ook de bekers en medailles klaar leggen zodat u ze mee kunt nemen na het wedstrijdsecretarissenoverleg. Graag even door geven of u de bekers mee wil nemen en om welke poules het gaat.
Tegen verzendkosten kunnen wij de bekers en medailles ook naar u opsturen.
OPROEP VOOR ORGANISATIE VAN DE
NEDERLANDSE JEUGD KAMPIOENSCHAPPEN VOOR CLUB TEAMS
VROUWEN UNDER-16
NJK voor Club teams voor 2014, dit NJK moet worden gehouden op zaterdag 31 mei 2014 van
10.00 – 20.00 uur en op zaterdag 07 juni 2014 van 10.00 – 20.00 uur.
Verenigingen die dit toernooi in samenwerking met de Commissie Jeugdzaken van Rayon West
willen organiseren kunnen zich hiervoor schriftelijk aanmelden bij het Rayonbureau.
De organisatie is toegewezen aan de vereniging De Wit Grasshoppers uit Katwijk.
Indien u meer informatie wenst kunt u contact opnemen met het Rayonbestuur.

De uitslagen moeten maandagochtend voor 7.00 uur ingevoerd zijn in ISS of op de site.
Voor de Interrayonale wedstrijden dienen de uitslagen binnen drie uur na afloop van de wedstrijd,
of uiterlijk 1800 uur op zondag zijn ingevoerd.

TOELICHTING OP HANDHAVING BOETE:
als er bij iemand met een lidnummer van 1000 of hoger maar 3 cijfers staan ingevuld op
het sheet betekent dit extra werk voor de medewerkers van het rayonbureau omdat zij
dan op moeten gaan zoeken om welke speler het gaat.
Hoewel dit niet op papier is vastgelegd is, is op de bijeenkomsten van
wedstrijdsecretarissen regelmatig medegedeeld hoe er moet worden omgegaan met "lange
lidnummers".
