What is Bible Quiz?
A competition where clubbers compete
against clubbers from other churches in how
well they know the Bible verses and other
material they have been memorizing.
Consists of boys and girls teams from each handbook
Covers the first four Discoveries/Challenges of each book
Oral Quiz (12 M/C questions) & Written Quiz (12 ques.)
Objectives
1. To encourage clubbers in Bible memorization, review
books.
2. Provide competition for clubbers to show Bible
knowledge.
3. Give clubbers a greater love for a working knowledge
of the Bible.
4. Everyone learns about salvation, so they can accept
Christ.
Why Participate?
Really strengthens and deepens the verses the kids
have learned.
Motivates clubbers to make progress in their books.
Grows, strengthens and stretches your club, kids and
leaders.
Interact with other churches, both leaders and kids.
Kids see that they are not alone in studying God’s
Word and are encouraged.
Gives your high achievers a place to be challenged.
Gives your non-atheletes a place to shine.
Teams
Boys compete against boys generally and girls against
girls. Exception is when low numbers, then combine.
Each team consists of 1-6 boys or girls.
A ‘full’ team is 2 - 6 kids (max points available).
2-4 kids do the Oral Quiz, two do the Written.
If a lot of boys or girls for a particular handbook, can
split and have two teams for that book.
A single person can be a team but only half the points
available.
