BOV (Battery Operated Vehicles) & Hybrid vehicles

Unique in the sense that India has proactively picked
up relevant portions from ECE R83, R100, R101 and
adjusted it for 2-wheelers.

The incentive schemes criteria for 2-wheelers EV is
based on IDC cycle and the same still needs to be
worked out for WMTC accordingly as we go forward.
