Samenstelling

BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D60 bestaat uit twee componenten en is op basis van vertakte polyolen en aromatische polyisocyanaten. Kort vóór het gebruik moeten deze beide componenten tot een goed homogene massa worden gemengd.

Toepassing

Door het hard-elastische karakter van het product wordt de BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D60 veelvuldig toegepast als naadloze vloer in utiliteitsgebouwen, evenementhallen, productieruimten, veel belopen gangen, entrees, musea, perrons en kantines. Kortom daar waar de vloer mechanisch wordt belast en een hoge slijtvastheid vereist is.

De BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D60 heeft een goede warmte isolatie en een goede blijvende hechting op cementgebonden, stalen, houten en asfalt ondergronden. De BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D60 is zeer slijtvast en heeft een hoge mechanische sterkte. Na doorharding is de BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D60 bestand tegen vele anorganische zuren, basen en oplosmiddelen. Hechting Uiterlijk Kleuren Laagdikte Mengverhouding Mengwijze Houdbaarheid Finishing Verwerking

Voor een goede hechting is het noodzakelijk dat de cementgebonden ondergronden in goede staat verkeren, volkomen droog, schoon en minimaal 28 dagen oud zijn. Stalen ondergronden moeten gestraald zijn en geprimerd met BOLIDT PRIMER PU/LP 2581. Zie verder onder "ondergrond" en "voorbehandeling". De afwerking met de finishlagen BOLICOAT 50 DECO en BOLICOAT 35 geeft de vloer een zijdeglans. Het oppervlak is effen glad. BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D60 wordt geleverd in de uni-kleuren uit de Bolidt Colourcard. Bij voorkeur een laagdikte aanbrengen van gemiddeld 2 mm. 833 gew. delen BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D60 component A 167 gew. delen BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D60 component B. Menging kan het beste geschieden langs mechanische weg (langzaam draaiende mengtol). De A component eerst goed oproeren - daarna de B component toevoegen. Intensief mengen. Dit gemengde product overgieten in schone bus o.i.d. en nogmaals mengen. Een intensieve menging van de A met de B component is vereist. In gemengde toestand bij: 10° C ca. 45 minuten 20° C ca. 30 minuten 30° C ca. 20 minuten Na doorharding (minimaal 24 uur – maximaal 3 dagen) van de Bolidt Kunststofvloer PU/SL D 60 de vloer afwerken met: 1 dekkende laag BOLICOAT 50 Deco (in kleur) 1 dekkende laag BOLICOAT 35 transparant. Zie ook de betreffende product informatiebladen. BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D 60 wordt aangebracht het de (tand)spaan, squeegee. Doorharding

afwerklagen BOLICOAT 50 DECO en BOLICOAT 35, is na 24 uur doorharding beloopbaar. Volledige chemische doorharding heeft na 7 dagen plaatsgevonden. Hierbij wordt uitgegaan van een temperatuur van gemiddeld 15°C.

Ondergrond Cementgebonden ondergronden

Deze ondergronden moeten schoon, volkomen droog, vetvrij en minimaal 28 dagen oud zijn. Er mag niet nagepoederd zijn met cement, terwijl er geen cementlijmlaag aanwezig mag zijn. Zandcement afwerklagen moeten goed hechten op de ondergrond.

Stalen ondergronden

Geheel ontroesten c.q. stralen volgens norm SA 2,5. Binnen 4 uur na het stralen BOLIDT PRIMER PU/LP 2581 aanbrengen.

Voorbehandeling Cementgebonden

Stof, vuil, schimmels, loszittende delen grondig verwijderen opdat een schoon hechtingsoppervlak ontstaat. Waar nodig ontvetten met BOLIDT REINIGINGSMIDDEL en/of BOLIDT BETONONTVETTER. De ondergrond moet volkomen droog en schoon zijn. Betonvloeren dienen (stofarm) gestraald te worden ter verwijdering van de cementhuid. Voorstrijken met BOLIDT IMPREGNEER GVM/S. Na doorharding hiervan (minimaal 24 uur – maximaal 7 dagen) de BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D 60 aanbrengen. De stalen ondergrond geheel ontroesten d.m.v. stralen volgens norm SA 2,5 (ISO 8501-01) met scherpkantig mineraal straalmiddel. De ruwheid dient te voldoen aan de RUGO-test 3 N10Ba. Binnen 4 uur na het stralen Primer PU/LP 2581 of gelijkwaardige primer aanbrengen. Na doorharding hiervan (minimaal 24 uur – maximaal 7 dagen) de Bolidt Kunststofvloer PU/SL D 60 aanbrengen.

Voorzorgsmaatregelen Andere ondergronden

Raadpleeg hierover het laboratorium van Bolidt. Om huidirritatie te voorkomen wordt geadviseerd gebruik te maken van beschermende handcrèmes en/of handschoenen. Tijdens verwerking en doorharding zorgdragen voor goede ventilatie. 63.1907.01/PdR/1003/RdJ 3/4 Bolidt Kunststoftoepassing B.V.

Gereedschap e.d. schoonmaken met BOLIDT REINIGINGSMIDDEL vóórdat de doorharding plaatsvindt.

Verpakking

BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D60 wordt geleverd in sets van A/B component van 5, 10 en 25 kg.

Opslag

Het verdient aanbeveling de BOLIDT KUNSTSTOFVLOER PU/SL D60 droog en in gesloten verpakking op te slaan bij een temperatuur van bij voorkeur 15° C.
