Woodward besturing / control / Steuerung
De Woodward besturing heeft als voordeel ten opzichte van de standaard
besturing dat deze ook een alarm kan genereren als het aggregaat niet in
modus ‘Auto’ staat. De Alarmlamp gaat dan rood branden. Daarnaast is de
Woodward vrij te programmeren en heeft een geheugen voor 300
gebeurtenissen in plaats van 100.
The Woodward PLC has as the advantage that it does generate an alarm if
the set is not in the modus ‘Automatic’. The Alarmlamp will light red in this

Marelli generator
De aggregaten worden in de open versie standaard met een Dingol of Xingnuo
generator uitgerust. Deze zijn compatibel met Stamford. Optioneel kan een
Marelli generator worden geselecteerd. Op aanvraag zijn ook andere merken als
Linz, Stamford of Leroy Somer leverbaar.
The gensets in open version are standard equipped with a Dingol of Xingnuo
alternator. These are compatible with Stamford Optionally also other brands
such as Linz, Stamford or Leroy Somer can be supplied.
Die aggregate in offene Version werden standardmäβig ausgestattet mit Dingol
oder Xingnuo. Diese sind kompatibel mit Stamford. Auf Anfrage sind auch
andere Marken sowie Linz, Stamford oder Leroy Somer lieferbar.
Socomec ATS
Optioneel kan een Socomec omkeerschakelaar (ATS = automatic transfer
switch) worden gekozen. De schakelaars is ook bij een storing manueel te
bedienen bji een storing. Dit geldt overigens ook voor de standaard-variant.
Optionally a Socomec Automatic Transfer Switch can be chosen. In all cases
the switch can be operatied manually. In case of a defect, the switch can be
operated manually. This is also the case for the standard version.
Optional ist es mögliche einem Socomec Umschalter (ATS = automatic transfer
switch) zu wählen. In alle Fälle ist der Schatler manuell zu bedienen. In Fall
einer Störung kann der Schalter manuell bedient werden. Dieses gilt auch für
die standard Version.

Meerprijs / Optional / Mehrpreis Parallel
Deze meerprijs is ten opzichte van het aggregaat in basis uitvoering dus zonder
geselecteerd opties. De levering omvat het een aggregaat geschikt voor
langdurig net-parallel automatische variabele vermogensregeling. De parallelschakelast en inbedrijfstellen binnen redelijke reisafstand zijn inbegrepen.
This option is added to the genset in most basic configuration so without any
selected options. The scope of supply includes a genset suitable for long-term
mains parallel operation with variable power output. A parallel switch cabinet
and commissioning within a range of 250 km from Tilburg are included.
Diese option wird zu den Aggregat in standard Ausführung ohne optionen
hizugefügt. Die Lieferumfang enthält ein Notstromaggregat geeignet für langParallelbetrieb und automatische variabel Leistungsregelung. Der Schaltschrank
und Inbetriebnahme innerhalbe von 250 km von Tilburg sind miteinbegriffen.
Motorverwarming / engine heater / Motorheizung
De motorverwarming zorgt ervoor dat het aggregaat in een omgeving beneden
10 oC gemakkelijk start en snel belast kan worden.
The engine heater assures that the genset can be started easily when the
temperature in the generator room is below 10 oC. Also the generator is able to
accept load directly after startup.
Der Motorheizung sorgt dafür das das Aggregat bei eine Umgebungstemperatur
unter 10 oC leicht start und schnell belastet werden darf.

Wikkeling verwarming / Winding heater / Wicklung Heizung
De generator wikkeling verwarming ook wel aangeduid als anticondensatieverwarming verwarmt de generator wikkelingen. Deze wordt
aanbevolen bij aggregaten zonder omkastingen en aggregaten die worden
toegepast als noodstroomvoorziening.
Generator winding heater, also referred to as anti-condensation heater is for
heating the alternator windings. As such it is recommended for usage without
canopies or for generating sets in standy duty.
Die Generator Wicklung Heizung, auch angedeutet als anti-Kondensation
Heizung ist gemeint um die Generator Wicklungen zu heizen. Sie wird
empfohlen für Geräte ohne Gehäuse und fuer Notstromaggregate.
Kanaal koellucht / Air duct / Luft Kanalization
De koellucht wordt door de radiateur naar voren geduwd en dient uit de ruimte te
verdwijnen via een rooster. Als het aggregaat niet tegen de muur kan staan
wordt een kanaal aanbevolen. Het luchtkanaal wordt gemaakt uit dunne
gevalvaniseerde plaat is standaard 50 centimeter lang.
The air to cool the radiator is pushed forward and should evacuate the engine
room via a grid. If the generator can not be placed directly in front of the wall, a
canalisation is recommended. The air ventilation duct is fabricated from thin
galvanized steel sheet and has a length of 50 cm.
Die Luft zum Kühlung wird von den Ventilator durch den Kühler gepresst. Wenn
das Aggregat nicht direct vor den Mauer plaziert werden kann, wird eine
Kanalzation empfohlen. Die Standardlänge ist 50 cm.

Onderdruk rooster / underpressure grid / Unterdruck gitter
Het luchtrooster is geschikt als onderdruk rooster en dient om de lucht naar
binnen te laten. De beweegbare lamellen gaan dan vanzelf naar binnen open
staan.
This type of air inlet grid is made of thin, lightweight aluminium plates. They move
inwards into the generator room as a consequence of underpressure.
Dieses Typ Beluftungsgitter ist gefertigt aus leichte aluminium Lamellen. Die
bewegen sich nach innen in den Generatorraum zur Folge von Unterdruck.
Luchtrooster / air-grid / Luftungsgitter
Het luchtrooster bestaat uit een raam met daarin anti-inregen lamellen. Het
rooster kan direct in de muur gestoken worden en is vervaardigd uit
gegalvaniseerd plaatmateriaal. Het rooster is voorzien van een grof gaaswerk
tegen muizen. Het rooster is geschikt voor zowel inlaat- als afblaaslucht.

Dieselcleaner
Door de toevoeging van brandstoffen uit biologische grondstoffen is de kans op
bacteriegerelateerde motorproblemen toegenomen. De dieselcleaner filtert de
bacteriele bestanddelen uit de brandstof en reconditioneert deze. Tijdens het
onbelast automatisch proefdraaien zonder last wordt telkens een gedeelte van
de tankinhoud behandeld.
Because of the increased addition of bio-based fuels, the probablity of bacteria
related engine problems has risen. The Dieselcleaner filtrates the bacteria from
the fuel and reconditions the fuel.
During the monthly testing without load a part of the tank contents are circulated
over the filtration system.
Wegen die wachsende Zufügung von biobasierte Brennstoffen, sind die
Chancen von Bakterien relatierte Motorprobleme zugenommen. Die
Dieselcleaner wird die Bakterien vom Brennstoff filtrieren und somit die
Brennstof konditionieren. Während die monatliche Tests ohne Übernahme wird
somit ein Teil des Krafstoffbehälters filtriert.
GSM Modem
Het GSM modem zorgt ervoor dat er automatisch een SMS waarschuwing wordt
uitgestuurd bij stroomuitval en/of een storing met het aggregaat.
The GSM modem makes sure that an SMS is sent at the occurrence of a power
outage and/or a problem with the generating set.
Das GSM Modem sorgt dafür das automatisch ein SMS wird geschickt nach
einem Stromausfall und/oder ein Störung beim Notstromaggregat.

Inbedrijfstellen / commissioning / Inbetriebnahme
Bij het inbedrijfstellen wordt het aggregaat voor het eerst opgestart en wordt er
een stroomuitval gesimuleerd. Het aggregaat wordt zodoende getest en er wordt
geverifieerd of de motortemperatuur niet oploopt en het aggregaat de last
waarvoor het bedoeld is goed over kan nemen. Een kundige, competente
installateur kan de inbedrijfname ter hand nemen.
During comissioning, the genset is started up for the first time and a power
outage is simulated. The genset is tested and a verification is made whether the
engine temperature is stable and the load for which the genset is intended, is
accepted well. An able, competent installer can carry out the commissioning.
Während die Inbetriebnahme, wird das Aggregat gestartet für das erste Mal und
wird einem Stromausfall simuliert. Das Notstromaggregat wird somit getested
und es wird verifiziert ob den Motortempertur stabil bleibt und ob das Aggregat
die Last wofür Sie gemeint ist, gut akzeptiert. Einer kompetente, fachkundige
Installateur kan die Inbetriebnahme ausführen.
Onderhoud / maintenance / Wartung
Om te kunnen rekenen op bedrijfszekerheid en een lange levensduur is
vakkundig onderhoud onontbeerlijk. Gedurende het onderhoud wordt in de regel
een complete stroomuitval gesimuleerd. Een rapportage met bevindingen word
naderhand schriftelijk verstrekt.
In order to be able to count on operational reliability and a long lifetime, skilled
maintenance is indispensable. During the maintenance a power outage is
generally also simulated. A written report will be supplied afterwards.
Fachgerechte Wartung ist unentbehrlich um rechnen zu können mit
Betriebssicherheit und eine lange Lebensdauer. Während die Wartung wird
normalerweise eine Stromausfall simuliert. Ein schriftliches Bericht wird nachher
herausgegeben.
