Map out a communication strategy under the heading “European heritage”
Promote the measures taken in France to implement the EU action plan for research and
innovation to increase EU competitivity and growth alongside business executives and
researchers

Promote the actions of elected French officials to the European Parliament - notably in
the context of the European Elections in June 2009 - and to the actions of elected French
officials to the Committee of the Regions alongside new electors

Promote the progress of the European Security and Defence policy alongside the
Brussels-based think-tanks

Enhance and Promote the implementation of the European REACH regulation
alongside those French companies concerned


A consortium of French and German institutions

A full-time one year bilingual programme
in Paris, Strasbourg, Brussels, Potsdam, Berlin and Florence
