U.S. State Department registration for warnings and

A few tips for staying safe in a foreign country:
Don’t travel with lots of cash, keep your money/credit cards
concealed, and don’t go to ATMs alone
Keep an extra credit/ATM card in your luggage
Keep a copy of your passport with you at all times
Don’t walk around by yourself at night
Make sure someone knows where you are at all times
Research companies well before you travel with them
Buy a cheap, local phone and program emergency numbers
As always: safe sex, seatbelts and helmets!
