•1923年底，香港潮州商會會董
方養秋先生建議創辦學校，推
選籌備委員，奔走募集，於干
諾道西29號會址建校。
•1928年，因學生人數增加，租
用永樂街203號，增設分校。
•1929年學校隨商會遷往德輔道
西87-89號
•1941年香港淪陷，學校被迫停
辦。
香港潮商學校
•1946年香港重光後，於1946年9月
於於干諾道西29號復校。
•1947年由於申請入學人數日增，
在皇后大道西564至570號開設分校。
•1951年更增設免費夜校，扶助失
學兒童。
•1961年薄扶林道現址新校舍奠基。
