Therefore, since we have been
made right in God’s sight by faith,
we have peace with God because
of what Jesus Christ our Lord has
done for us.
Romans 5:1
Peace is not found in a place,
program, or project.
Peace is found in a Person.
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I
give you. I do not give to you as the
world gives. Do not let your hearts
be troubled and do not be afraid.”
John 14:26
Steps to Peace with God!
Where are you?
Will you receive Jesus Christ
as your Savior?
Here is how you can receive Christ:
1) Admit your need (I am a sinner).
2) Be willing to turn from your sins.
3) Believe that Jesus died for you on
the Cross and rose from the grave.
4) Through prayer, invite Jesus to
come into your life and give you peace,
forgiveness, and eternal life.
What to Pray:
Dear Jesus, I know that I am sinful and
I need your forgiveness. I believe you
died to pay the penalty for my sin.
I want to turn from my sin and follow
you instead. I invite you to come into
my life now. I trust in your finished
work on the cross to save me.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
If you sincerely prayed this prayer and
asked Jesus to come into your life, you
have His assurance of salvation:
“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears
My word, and believes Him who sent
Me, has eternal life, and does not come
into judgment, but has passed out of
death into life.”
John 5:24
This is the beginning of a wonderful
new life in Christ. To grow in this
relationship you should:
1) Read your Bible every day to
get to know God better.
2) Talk to God in prayer daily.
3) Tell others about Jesus.
4) Worship, fellowship, ,and serve
with other Christians in a church
where Christ is preached.
5) As Jesus’ representative in a
needy world, demonstrate your
new life by your love and concern
for others.
