GROUP
• Comprising representatives of gender
statistics programmes of international
institutions
• To take stock, review progress challenges and
emerging needs
• Proposing action plans at the above levels
• The IAEG-GS to be at the World Forum for
gender statistics in Italy, December 2007
WEB PORTAL FOR GENDER
STATISTICS
• Portal to be established as a primary tool
for knowledge management
• For sharing information, technical
resources and data
• Platform for disseminating statistics and
indicators on gender issues worldwide
