Understanding the Bill
Electronic Billing Statement
• All bills at EMU are on-line (ebill.emich.edu)
• Students will receive an e-mail early to mid August to check
Ebill website
• Students can add Authorized User – access to student’s Ebill
• Fall 2014 Bill Due Date: September 2nd
Paying the Bill – Financial Aid
• Has your student completed all of their Outstanding
Financial Aid Requirements?
• If yes - their aid will be reflected on the first bill and will be
disbursed to the account the week before classes.
• If aid is not reflected on the first bill – then something still
needs to be completed with their financial aid. Contact
us!
Paying the Bill - Payment Plans
• One time fee per semester (currently $34)
• Charges are equally divided over the length of the payment
plan
• Reminder emails are available on the personal profile tab
through Ebill

• Students “Activate” card and indicate their refund preference
• Open a “One Account”- an online checking/debit account
