Teacher Reference

 Open the link for the teacher reference - the link is in the “Description” section of the online application instructions  PRINT this form and take it to ONE of your CURRENT teachers to be completed.  Only ONE reference letter will be accepted.  YRDSB teachers will submit the letter via Board mail. Students at private schools should bring the letter to be submitted on the test day.

 Your reference letter MUST be in a signed, sealed envelope  YRDSB teachers will send the letter through board inter-office mail. Private school students will bring it on the test day.

TEACHER REFERENCE: The teacher who writes the reference letter MUST:
