Enhance safety for motorists and pedestrians
Improve pavement serviceability

Deteriorated condition of pavement, sidewalks and
ADA ramps

Indiana State Police Crash database indicates a
high number of crashes related to restrictive
roadway conditions and turning movements.
Travel demand models indicate continued
increase in traffic.
