Parking for guests with a valid Disabled Parking hangtag or license plate will be in
a designated area in the JPJ west parking lot. The diagram will be
linked here shortly and can be downloaded.
Student athletes who have a conflicting sporting event on graduation day should
contact Adrien Harraway, Associate Athletic Director for Academic Affairs,
at [email protected].
Guest seating entrances are located along the sidewalks at Garrett and
Rouss/Robertson Halls (see slide 30). Ushers will take tickets at these two
locations, then direct guests to the best available seats.
Graduates will receive guest seating tickets for Final Exercises on Saturday OR
Sunday, not both ceremonies (see slide 25).
All guests must have a ticket to be on the Lawn at Final Exercises. We encourage
guests to be in their seats by 9:15 a.m. in preparation for the procession.
Indoor remote viewing sites are available for guests to watch the live broadcast of
Final Exercises. Venues are linked here, and tickets are not required. There is no
standing room section on the Lawn.
Maps and Diagrams for the Lawn, JPJ, and Shuttle Buses will be
linked here shortly and can be downloaded.
