Clinical Operations Team (COT)
Newly established to review and provide clinical
operations direction and suggestions to the MOT, the
clinical operations executive (COE) or directly to
clinical departments. The COT membership and work
is very fluid, designed to act nimbly and depends on
the needs of ECUP.

New Roles & Positions
Chief Operations Executive (COE)
Robert LaGesse will be starting on July 13, 2015 in a new, full-time position
serving as the senior administrative leader for the operations of the
ambulatory practice, championing the emphasis on providing an outstanding
patient experience and the highest quality of patient care across the ECUP
ambulatory practice.
Associate Medical Director (AMD)
Jason Foltz, MD started on July 1, 2015 in a new 50% time position to
coordinate efforts to increase patient access to care, to work with clinical
practice leaders to establish common improvement goals across ECUP, and to
prepare appropriate practice sites for Patient Centered Medical Home
recognition.
