STANDARD ALGORITHM:
1. Put numbers in position to divide.
2. Make the divisor a whole number by moving the
decimal point as many places to the right as it needs to go.
3. Move the decimal point in the dividend the same
number of places to the right. Put a zero in any empty
space.
4. Rewrite your division problem.
5. Bring the decimal point up to the quotient.
6. Divide. (DMSB)
*When there is a remainder, annex (add) one or more zeros
to the dividend in order to finish dividing (to the
hundredths place).
