Introduction
Over the past two decades, globalization
has propelled the integration process of
businesses, institutions, governments and
organizations to seek expansion and
collaboration through partnerships and
multi-national corporations resulting in a
heightened emergence of building human
capacity (BHC) through a cross-cultural
employee workforce (Sarkar, 2010).

Building Human Capacity (BHC) also
requires that businesses, institutions and
organizations go beyond the traditional
models of education and training to a more
focused approach on training individuals in
the actual work environment in real world
situations (Sharma and Suri, 2012).
