 View Form II data
 View case notes and run case note reports
 Set up users as case note authors
 View clinical data (for shared clients)

Clinical
Administrator
Same as Agency Administrator, plus:

 Run all clinical reports
 Set up medications and clinical information

Password Guidelines

Three unique passwords required for the VPN, server, and CAREWare

Minimum length of all passwords is 8 characters; passwords must
contain:
 At least one number, AND
 At least one special character (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *)

Passwords must not be disclosed to anyone

Passwords may be written down if they are kept in a secure space (e.g.,
locked office or locked drawer)

All three passwords must be changed every 120 days

Idle user time-out for CAREWare is 30 minutes

Idle user time-out for the WinSCP and server is also 30 minutes

Accounts will be locked after 5 consecutive, unsuccessful login attempts

Contact the MN CAREWare Help Desk if you get locked out or forget
your password
