Highlights of activities
• Sanction from Ministry of RD for special Project “SGSY”.
• Under this project 1700 youth belonging to BPL families are being trained and subsequently
their placement will be done in Industries in Private Sector.
• Conducted two workshops on GREEN BUILDINGS at Shimla and Mandi on behalf on MNRE for
Architects, Planners, Builders and Officers of the Govt.
• Expanded activities in adjoining states such as Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand & Jammu &
Kashmir
• Organised 67 awareness workshops on CGTMSE in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana &
Uttarakhand.
• Trainings conducted on behalf of NSFDC, NSKFDC, MOFPI, NBCFDC in the state of Himachal
Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand & Jammu and Kashmir.
• Directorate of Industries Uttarakhand ordered Skill Oriented Training for the youth of the State
through HIMCON.
• Conducted 5 Farmers Meets on Venture Capital Scheme on behalf of SFAC and HPSFAC in
Himachal Pradesh.
