COVA Care is a preferred provider organization (PPO)
• Pay copayments or coinsurance
• Must meet deductible for certain services
COVA HDHP is a high deductible health plan
• Must meet deductible and then pay 20% coinsurance
for service up to the out of-pocket limit
• Allows member to set up a Health Savings Account
(HSA) to help you pay for health care expenses or
save towards retirement
• Must set up HSA through local bank or financial
institution
