Plattsmouth Community School District
What We Do Very Well!
While additional strengths were noted, the AdvancED Team believes
the following are the strengths most deserving of being highlighted.
• The mission, vision, and goals established by the
Board and Superintendent provide a clear focus and
direction for the entire school system.
• The Board and administration have created a Districtwide culture of collaboration and shared leadership.
• There is a strong sense of community and pride within
the District and the schools.
• The District systematically analyzes student
assessment data to drive instructional decisions at all
levels.

What We Need to Work on Next...
The school district will be held accountable for making progress on
each of these required actions.
• Develop and implement a systematic process to
communicate with everyone.
• Create a collaborative process to examine the
effectiveness of communications between the District
and parents, students, staff, and the community.
Ensure that the process identifies what you want to
know and how to get you that information.
