This has allowed our department to be consistent for our personnel with regard to the Rules and Regulations as well as the Local 413 bargaining agreement. • The ability to better track individuals on leave and to monitor their progress for a quicker return to work. • Damage assessment completed with other City departments to utilize the training that was provided a month earlier • Tri-annual exercise at the Chicago Rockford International Airport completed • Met with every Officer and Driver on the Department • Mock Crash at Jefferson High School Rockford Fire Department Areas for Improvement • Preparing Schedule to ensure complete inspection at every occupancy every 5 years • 911 Back up Site- ensure sustainability • Unauthorized residential burning as weather gets warmer Rockford Fire Department Rockford Fire Department Community and Economic Development Dept.
