Four new ambulances outfitted for service
•
Provided a clearer understanding on the use of FMLA, Sick and Workers
Compensation Leave. This has allowed our department to be consistent for
our personnel with regard to the Rules and Regulations as well as the Local
413 bargaining agreement.
•
The ability to better track individuals on leave and to monitor their progress
for a quicker return to work.
•
Damage assessment completed with other City departments to utilize the
training that was provided a month earlier
•
Tri-annual exercise at the Chicago Rockford International Airport completed
•
Met with every Officer and Driver on the Department
•
Mock Crash at Jefferson High School
