This will help identify your message and apply appropriate routing - please put in message body: summary of file contents (file name, number of notices, notice types, etc), signature - please send a telefax indicating e-mail address from which the submission was sent, content of the e-mail and of the attachments and name of the sender. This is essential for e-mail authentication and will help in (very, very rare) case of not arrival of the e-mail. [email protected] sends a confirmation of submission receipt at the moment of registering the e-mail. - please do not attach anything else but the validated SGML file. If forced to use “portable” e-mail addresses (yahoo, hotmail…) make sure that you can send/receive attachments 2 – 5 MB and to have at least 10 MB of free space.
