• User-generated content continues to explode,
doubling in size and volume in 5 months, no
sign of letup
• Syndication (RSS) will continue to grow as
more tools include it by default
• More corporations and marketers are “testing
the waters” with blogs, but still no mainstream
adoption in 2005.
