Requirements
3. Please DO NOT change the background format. If you need a different
background add a Box or Bitmap image of your choice on top of the
background. All files will be inserted into a master file for judging, so
any of the changes to the background format that you want to see will
be lost if you do not follow this instruction.
4. Each slide should be approximately 1 mb. The pixel dimensions of a
full size image for a slide should not be smaller than 1920 pixels in
width and 1440 pixels in height. Jpg format for the PowerPoint is
recommended, with a compression factor of 10 in recent versions of
Photoshop.
If there are multiple images in a slide, you will have to scale the images
down in pixel size accordingly or compose them in an image editing
software to create a single image file. Please do not send a file that is
too small as the images will be blurry.
Requirements
5. Please do not exceed the total of 15 mb on the PowerPoint file. Only
native PowerPoint files are acceptable. Zip files, pdf or download
service are not acceptable. If your business e-mail does not allow
larger files, set up an account with G-mail, they will allow the larger
files to be sent. The file must be sent with the above guidelines as a
PowerPoint file attachment to this e-mail address,
[email protected]
This is an e-mail address for submission only. Please direct your
questions to the chapter office. There will be no replies or confirmation
of receipt from this e-mail address. We will contact you if we did not

Tips for your presentation.
1. Make the presentation professional and easy to understand.
2. Use professional photography where possible. Snap shots from your
digital camera are acceptable if the quality is good. Bad photography
will cast doubt on the worthiness of your project. The images should
make your project “look good”. In short, when in doubt take it out.
Less is more. Professional photography is encouraged.
3. We recommend submissions of up to 12 images. More may be
included if it is necessary to convey the design idea.
