This course is available in a convenient online format. Available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

The 12 Lessons may be accessed in any order. This gives registrants a variety of topics to study according to their issues or interests at a given

time. 

The added value is that every lesson offers stress management education as part of advancing one’s work/life/leadership skills. Employees will learn how to develop creative solutions for their work/life issues. The National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health provides studies that show stress management education and prevention has tremendous benefits for the employee as well as the facility’s productivity statistics.

• Health care expenditures are nearly 50% greater for workers who report high levels of stress. (Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine) • In 1995, nearly one-half of the States allowed workers compensation claims for emotional disorders and disability due to stress on the job.
