• ERCOT Appeal of the 1/17/13 PRS Tabling of NPRR505, ERS WeatherSensitive Loads granted unanimously
TAC asked ERCOT to bring an option for a PILOT to be
implemented this summer to PRS.
• CRR calendar approved.
• New funding sources: Should be a fee to CRR market participants to pay
for CRR related NPRRs? TAC decided to wait for the discussion that will
take place at March Board meeting regarding the additional funding
structures.
•2014 project funding: PRS to discuss on 2/21 the latest prioritization list and
may change the rank of the not-started items if necessary.

Future of MISUG
The suggestion was made that MISUG needed to continue but
be assigned to a Sub-committee.
TAC Members agreed to the following:
•Would become a Working Group instead of a User Group.
•Would reside under COPs – “Good fit”
•Start with Quarterly Meetings (more frequent meetings can
occur if work load dictates such)
•ERCOT will no longer be serving as leadership.
•WG should determine leadership.
Concern was noted that ERCOT’s expertise was needed
and they should continue to be involved. Jackie responded
and stated she and Jamie will be attending each of the
meetings.
