Non-Traditional M&S: HIVE
The Human Interactions Virtual Environment (HIVE)
is a rapid software simulation development suite
(developed by Boeing with DigiPen) that marries
novel approaches from the computer gaming
industry with those of the defense industry to
enable the swift creation of human-centric
simulations.
HIVE allows for valuable lessons to be
learned surrounding the effects of human
behavior on a system's performance by
giving subject matter experts the tools
they need to rapidly simulate the current
situation.
