BHEL has won the second prize in the Best Enterprise(Maharatna/
Navratna category) Award of WIPS at the recently concluded
National Meet in Kolkata.
Two of our women employees Dr (Ms) R. Nagalakshmi, Manager, Welding Research Institute,
Trichy and Ms Sangamitra B. Jayant, Dy. Manager ( Quality &
Safety),
PS-HQ, New Delhi won the first & Second Prize in
the Best Woman Employee (Executive Category) Award for the
year2013.

Shri Amitabh Mathur, ED, PS-ER received the award along with
Mrs Sally Masters( Former GM-HR) and BHEL Ladies .
Dr (Ms) R. Nagalakshmi, Manager, Welding Research Institute, Trichy won the
