• Clicking on the contact icon on a map, Cindy can
communicate with a buddy, via either voice or messaging
• Contact options include:
• Messaging: SMS, MSN instant messaging , e-mail
• Click-to-call: mobile phone, fixed phone, soft client
• Contact options are controlled by buddy’s presence and
user’s preferences
• The service can send a notification message to the user
when a buddy enters into or exits from a defined zone
