-Report to parents was done on 27 May 2014 by
the 4thnews letter.
-The 5th news letter was distributed on Oct 2nd
2014. The issue was about promoting parents to
get involved and engaged in school’s activities.
Report to parents about some rules in school
where pupils hardly obeyed
-1st parents survey – parents satisfied with the
rules and regulation implemented in Sainsku.
- areas need to be discussed which are the quality
of wardens on duty, quality of accommodation at
hostel
-The 2nd questionaire/ survey was distributed on
Oct 2nd 2014. Its about finding information among
parents to get involved and engaged with school’s
activities.
-The survey also focused on finding any volunteer
among parents who have any specialties/skills to
organise activities in school
-No report was publish due to problem with
Sainsku website.
-The making of the website is slow in progress due
to no expertise among teachers.
-Teacher incharge collaborate with form 5 students
to build the website.
-During PTA meeting we promote the SBC for
parents to visit but no respond from them due to
lack of time given.
-Merdekaraya and RIMUP programmes were done
on 25th of August involving 40 students and 6
teachers from SMK Batu Kawa and SMK SgMaong
-Majlis Wanita Sarawak & TYT Birthday
celebrations – Sainsku WO has involved, the eye
opener for NGO’s to get involved, engaged with
