• Deskriptif :
untuk menggambarkan atau menganalisis suatu statistik
hasil penelitian, tapi tidak untuk membuat kesimpulan
yang lebih luas (generalisasi / inferensi)
• Inferensial :
untuk menganalisis data sampel yang hasilnya akan
digeneralisasikan untuk populasi dimana sampel
diambil.
