 Premature Death: If your client’s income stopped at death, how would their

implications and may cause the policy to lapse. Income tax free policy distributions may be achieved by policy loans or withdrawing to the cost basis (usually premiums paid). This assumes the
policy qualifies as life insurance, is not a modified endowment contract and is not lapsed or surrendered with an outstanding loan. Policy loans and withdrawals may reduce the policy’s death
benefit and available net surrender value. In addition, in the case with an Indexed Universal Life policy, they may reduce or eliminate index credits and may limit your ability to make elections to
the Indexed Strategy.

1.Enter the “Client Name” to locate the client (if the client already exists in Presents) or click on
“New” in the top right-hand corner to create the client
2.Click on the drop-down arrow to select the “State”
3.Click on the drop-down arrow that says “Basic Ledger,” scroll down and select “A.P.P. Combo”
4.Click on the drop-down arrow and select the “Cash Value” product you want to illustrate. Fill in the
appropriate illustration details (age, gender, etc.)

cash value policy your client is applying for.
2. Complete the cash value application part one. When completing the
application, write in the name of the term policy being applied for as shown

 Complete all other required forms. Please note: The cash value and
term policies have separate Accelerated Benefit Rider disclosure
forms that must be presented at the time of application and can
be accessed in Voya Presents. The ABR form for the cash value
policy is included in the permanent application package. The term
policy version is now included in the sales illustration. It prints
immediately after the term ledger, near the back of the illustration. Be
sure to have the client sign this form when submitting the application.

 An A.P.P. Combo illustration must accompany all A.P.P.
Combo sales.
