• 97.9% delivery coverage as at November 2009
• Introduction of commercial suite of products and services
• Gained membership in the Council of Administration
• Gained membership on the Universal Service Committee
• Gold rating in 2007 for Express Mail Standards
• Elected to the Board of the Caribbean Postal Union

of a National Policy that will act as a roadmap for future growth.
