United States Environmental Protection Agency
Agrees Waste Responsibly Managed Is Valuable
2011 - The USEPA ruled “Secondary Materials” “TRASH” that is
not Hazardous Waste “when responsibly managed at the source of
generation as a valuable commodity” can be used to manufacture a
clean non-waste “legitimate” fuel product for the replacement of
fossil and wood fuels in Energy Intensive Industrial Processes “EIIs”.
“Therefore, in MLMCs Vision”
It makes “absolutely no sense” for businesses to pay disposal costs
“Tipping Fees” to landfill or incinerate valuable materials that
are made from “nothing more than purified forms of fuels”
currently used to produce energy in EIIs.
