12-Lead Power Spectrum
- 12 power spectra, one for each of 12 leads, on one page;
- Each power spectrum lists five (5) ischemic diagnostic indexes,
H, N, B, A, E.

DIAGNOSTIC INDEXES
FROM FCG POWER SPECTRUM
Positive (+) Index
H - Insufficient myocardial energy caused by lack of blood
supply (Early Ischemia)
N - Myocardium injuries
B - Ventricular hypertrophy or Ischemic Cardiomyopathy
A - Myocardial Ischemia (more advance stage)
E - Myocardial compensation has set in for one or more years

CAD LOCATION
CS-100 compiles the diagnostic indexes from the 12-lead power spectra and graphically
suggests the presence and location of Coronary Artery Disease (“CAD”), if any.

Horizontal Plane Leads
Look for three (3) consecutive columns over the diagnostic line (column
with the red color), the lead(s) with the highest column suggests the
anatomical area of a heart where CAD locates.
I, aVL, V5 and V6 – Lateral wall of the left ventricular
V1 and V2 – septal wall of the left ventricular
II, III and aVF – inferior wall of the left ventricular

TWO LEADS ( II & V5)
Positive (+) Index
A. PHASE ANGLE SHIFT (one index) - P
(1) Over one unit zone - Poor flow to the heart, indicative of an early stage of
ischemia.
(2) Greater deviations and fluctuations (axis deviation) - Poor or defective
conduction function, poor blood circulation and change of blood dynamics.
(3) Severe deviation - Left bundle branch conduction block.
(4) Sharp oscillation - Time delay caused by CAD of coronary artery blockage,
poor blood circulation, or myocardial infarction.

B. IMPULSE RESPONSE (four indexes)
10/31/2015
f
- Conduction block caused by CAD or conduction blockage.
Diagnostic Suggestion – With (+) reading of H, A and A5,
it suggests Myocardial Infarction (MI).
M
- Poor conduction, increased in compliance.
Diagnostic Suggestion - left ventricular malfunction.
R
- Unstable cardiac electricity prior to the formation of MI,
Increase in localized ischemia or MI.
Diagnostic Suggestion - early detection of MI
C
- Unstable latent cardiac electrical activities at the beginning
of contraction.
Diagnostic Suggestion - detection of latent arrhythmia.
