ensure that the Organization’s employment relations are
conducive to optimizing the contributions of its human
resources.



This Centre is responsible for developing and interpreting
employee policy, administering benefits and advising on
industrial relations issues.

Recruitment & Planning



The Recruitment & Staffing Service is chiefly responsible for ensuring
that the Organization is staffed.



It assesses the Organization manpower requirements and the most
effective way of distributing these resources (through organizational
structuring and design).



It ensures that vacancies are filled promptly to minimize any loss of
efficiency in the Organization’s operations.



It also oversees the management of employee fixed term contracts,
ensuring that contracts are renewed promptly on expiration.

ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The core function is the internal development of the Organization’s
resources so that organizational performance is maximized.



A critical area is the Performance Management & Appraisals Unit.
This Unit oversees the individual performance management system,
which is centered on the staff appraisal process and the
development of staff through training interventions.



This Unit also advises the Vice President, HR on change
management issues. It is also the custodian of the HRMIS and
Intranet and will liaise closely with the Information Technology
Department on maintenance and further technology development
issues.

Payroll in most organizations is a function performed by the
Finance department by manual instructions from the Human
Resources Division.



In Accord HRMIS payroll is an integral part of the Human
Resources division, so that authorised data entered into the
employee file will automatically affect the payroll if required.

Payroll Processing


The payment of wages, salaries and pensions in
accordance with organizational policies and
government regulations.



Maintain time and attendance files,
calculate amount of salaries and wages
including deductions, allowances,
overtime etc



Processing and payment of special overtime
allowances that does not coincide with normal
month-end processing e.g. seasonal and pool
allowances



Reconcile payroll, prepare, distribute and journalize payroll
payment documents (e.g. cheque, direct deposits)

The Tax Calculator module of PayCare HRIMS



This module compute tax due based on general taxation laws,
employee earnings, deductions and investments et al.



EZeeTax extended features also cover 'Form16', 'Form24', 'Provident
Fund', 'ESIC’ Statements generation and more.

The facility to generate ASCII file for validating with NSDL utility is also
available for payment of eTDS, which is a mandatory norm for Indian
companies.

The Recruitment & Staffing Service is chiefly responsible for ensuring
that the Organization is staffed.



It assesses the Organization manpower requirements and the most
effective way of distributing these resources (through organizational
structuring and design).



It ensures that vacancies are filled promptly to minimize any loss of
efficiency in the Organization’s operations.



It also oversees the management of employee fixed term contracts,
ensuring that contracts are renewed promptly on expiration.

resources so that organizational performance is maximized.



A critical area is the Performance Management & Appraisals Unit.
This Unit oversees the individual performance management system,

management issues. It is also the custodian of the HRMIS and
Intranet and will liaise closely with the Information Technology

The facility to generate ASCII file for validating with NSDL utility is also
available for payment of eTDS, which is a mandatory norm for Indian

ensure that the Organization’s employment relations are
conducive to optimizing the contributions of its human
resources.



This Centre is responsible for developing and interpreting
employee policy, administering benefits and advising on
industrial relations issues.

Recruitment & Planning



The Recruitment & Staffing Service is chiefly responsible for ensuring
that the Organization is staffed.



It assesses the Organization manpower requirements and the most
effective way of distributing these resources (through organizational
structuring and design).



It ensures that vacancies are filled promptly to minimize any loss of
efficiency in the Organization’s operations.



It also oversees the management of employee fixed term contracts,
ensuring that contracts are renewed promptly on expiration.

The core function is the internal development of the Organization’s
resources so that organizational performance is maximized.



A critical area is the Performance Management & Appraisals Unit.
This Unit oversees the individual performance management system,

management issues. It is also the custodian of the HRMIS and
Intranet and will liaise closely with the Information Technology

The facility to generate ASCII file for validating with NSDL utility is also
available for payment of eTDS, which is a mandatory norm for Indian
