Yuelu Academy is an ancient and famous
academy in China
It was established by Zhudong, in 976A.D
at the time of Northern Song Dynasty

School in old history of China.

Authorized by the Academic Degree
Commission under the State Council, SHU is
among the first group of universities to confer
degrees.
The majority of the Ph.D. programs and master's
degree programs are applicable to those who
are on-the-job and who have received
equivalent education, and the Ph.D. programs to
visiting scholars both at home and abroad and
to advanced refresher students.
According to the agreement from the State
Education Commission, colleges of all the
disciplines can enroll on-the-job candidates with
separate exam.

SHU has various exchange, including faculty and student
exchanges, with foreign universities over the world.
Currently, over 2,000 international students are studying on
Shanghai University campuses. For example, in SHU Global Local
MBA, 33% of full time students come from overseas, including
Canada, Columbia, France, Sweden, India, Thailand, Indonesia….

Authorized by the Academic Degree
Commission under the State Council, SHU is
among the first group of universities to confer
degrees.
The majority of the Ph.D. programs and master's
degree programs are applicable to those who
are on-the-job and who have received
equivalent education, and the Ph.D. programs to
visiting scholars both at home and abroad and
to advanced refresher students.
According to the agreement from the State
Education Commission, colleges of all the
disciplines can enroll on-the-job candidates with
separate exam.
