SECURITY MATTERS
Camera handphones/smartphones are allowed in Amoy Quee camp.
However, taking of unauthorized videos / pictures is strictly prohibited.
Please do not bring devices such as laptops, cameras, IPAD, PSPs,
thumb drives / hard disks etc. into camp.
Entry to camp is based on Nominal Roll, ie as long as you are registered
to attend the course. You do not need to change pass at the guard house.

ADMINISTRATION MATTERS
Please report by 0800 hrs at Blk 246 on 2 November 2015. Attire: NCC
Pixelated Smart 4 with head dress (beret & jockey cap) and boots.
We will allocate bunks for you at Blk 246. You may keep your
valuables in the lockers in the bunks. Please bring your own locks
(small type). Male bunks will be at level 2, female bunks will be at Level
3. Male Toilets @ Level 1 & 2. Female Toilets @ Level 3 & 4.
All teachers must to be fully committed throughout the duration of
the course. Please e-mail to CPT (NCC) Rohayah for day off / time off.
Approval will be given on case by case basis.

Please bring along your NRIC.
Teachers who are reporting sick, please call Mdm Gurdip (Central

LOGISTICS MATTERS
Please ensure you have drawn out complete sets of uniforms from the
Logistics Branch. Refer to JI dated 28 September 2015 for more details.
All teachers are to collect their name tags for No. 4 uniforms from
Central District office (Blk 245 Level 2), latest by Friday 30 October 3pm.
You may look for CPL Jeremy.
Please ensure that your name tags and formation tab (on the collar)
are sewn before the commencement of the course. You can get your
name tags and formation tab sewn on the spot at NCC Gift Shop,
situated at Blk 246 Level 1. You can contact Jenny @ 91737802. The
shop is opened on weekdays 12pm to 5pm. You can also get it sewn at
Beach Road.

LOGISTICS MATTERS
You may do a kit exchange during course (if uniforms not the right size
etc.) Please do so during your break time. However, you are strongly
advised to do kit exchange one week before the course.
This course is non-residential. However, if you wish to stay in, we will
provide bunks for you. Please indicate if you are staying in through this

Meals will be provided (lunch only).

SAFETY/MEDICAL MATTERS
Safety must be observed at all times throughout duration of the
course.
Medics will be attached during Live Firing, Adventure and Physical
Trainings.
Reporting sick and casualties will be referred to Medical Centre.
Nearest hospital is at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
You are encouraged to bring your own medication (if any). For
asthmatics, please bring your inhaler.

Hydration Plan
- All participants to ensure they are fully hydrated at all times. For
strenuous activities, you are to hydrate yourself with 0.5l of water 1
hr before commencement of activity. And 1 hr after completion of
activity.
Wet Weather Plan / Inclement Weather
- Participants to proceed to the nearest shelter.

CAMP RULES & REGULATIONS
If you are not wearing the uniforms when entering or leaving the
camp (civilian attire), please ensure:
- You wear covered shoes with socks, no slippers/sandals allowed.
- You are in sleeved top. No shorts/bermudas/short skirts. Only jeans,
long pants, long skirts are allowed.
- Attire must be tucked in.
When you are in uniforms, head dress must be worn at all times, with
the exception of sheltered areas.

Standard & Bearings
- Please ensure you are properly attired at all times. Wearing of half
uniforms (vest & slack) is not allowed. Do look smart and neat at all
times.
Attendance & Punctuality
- Please report punctually at all times. Strength is to be accounted for
and must be reported by the timing given throughout the duration of
the course.
