Welcome to the ARGOS Assessment Company Participant User’s Guide.
You will now have the opportunity to learn how to use the ARGOS Multirater
System from a number of different perspectives. With AAC either a Participant or
an Administrator can have complete control over the assessment process. Either
can launch a case, select raters, check status, change a close date, and send out
reminder emails --- all from their desktop.
Typically, an Administrator would be responsible for a group of Participants or
multiple groups. However, as a Participant, you can enter your own raters or you
would fill out an electronic document with your rater information and send it to an
Administrator to enter.
To begin your training, simply click on the one of the links below and you will see
how to use or administer the process from that person’s perspective.

It can be customized to your
specific requirements.
As part of the upcoming Leadership program, you have been asked to participate in a confidential 360-degree feedback
survey. The survey will gather others’ perceptions of your behaviors in the workplace. You will also complete a selfsurvey.
ABC Company has engaged ERC Dataplus, Inc. to administer the 360 survey via the Internet. Please go to the link below
to select the raters that will provide feedback for you and begin the survey process.
When selecting raters, choose people that have worked with you for at least 3 months. Choose a variety of people to get
a full perspective, preferably 8 - 10 individuals. Once you have selected all of your raters, you can immediately invite
them to complete the rating process.

to begin the process and, if given permission,
can change your close date.

Rater Introduction Screen:
This is the Intro page for the Rater. It opens in a
browser window. The screen shows you the status
including the Due Date and provides the ability to begin
entering their ratings by simply clicking on this link.

360 Assessment Survey Screen:
This is the assessment that the Rater will
complete. They simply have to click on one
of the radio buttons for each question
under the appropriate response column.

and you’re ready
to submit.

questions you can
and you’re ready
to submit.

you want to come
back to the
survey at a later
time.

Upon finishing, the Rater will click on one of these Save/Submit buttons. Your implementation may not include all of
these options.

Rater Thank You Screen:
This is the final screen presented to the Rater at the conclusion of the
ratings process. It includes access information should any changes be
required. An email is also sent to the Rater at the same time containing
similar information. If the Rater has already Saved and Submitted their
ratings, to make a change, the Rater needs to send an email with this
access information to their Program Administrator or the ARGOS
Assessment Company, if we are administering the 360 process.
