Getting started.
Remove the Fan, use crank locking tool.
Remove the head and pull out the cylinder.
Remove the piston.
Remove the unmodified crank.
Notice the webbing to be removed.
First cuts with dremmel cut off wheel.
One side ruffed in.
Almost there, just a bit more fine tuning.
Finished modified crank.
Cleaned, ready for oil and assembly.
Fan’s back on using the crank locking tool.
Ready to rock!
I don’t recommend this mod be performed by anyone.
