myalgia, arthralgia, weight loss and intermittent fever.
The patient is noticeably confused and distracted, and
physical examination reveals hepatosplenomegaly and
lymphadenopathy in the supraclavicular and cervical
regions. The hemogram is normal, but the
cerebrospinal fluid contains 20 lymphocytes per mm3.
