First please connect your PC or Laptop directly to the Livebox modem through Network cable not through wireless
connection as shown in the figure:

Download this file (Download Livebox Firmware ) and save it to your PC

‫قم بتحميل الملف المرفق اآلتي (تحميل األن) وحفظه على جهازك الحاسوب‬

Extract orange file using WINRAR as shown in the figure

close

‫‪Once it’s completed the window will close automatically, Please unplug the power and plug it‬‬
‫‪again in order to run the new firmware as shown in the figure‬‬
‫في حال اإلنتهاء من عملية التحميل ستغلق الشاشة أوتوماتيكيا‪ ,‬الرجاء القيام بفصل محول الكهرباء عن المودم وإعادة وصله ليقوم المودم بإعادة التشغيل‬
