Safina Children’s Home In the backdrop of devastating earthquake in 2005, thousands of families were killed and Injured, and thousands became homeless Out of this, a large number of young children became orphan, without any patronage and help… Of the many organizations, which came to help these children, Safina Children Home was one of them… Safina has embarked on a journey and is striving hard since 2005 to make it work Safina’s Vision To lay and strengthen the foundation of an institution where the needy orphans are provided with all the opportunities to develop themselves into visionary and progressive leaders in all walks of life Safina’s Mission In order to achieve our vision and make them contributing members of the society, we start working in three broad areas; • Educational, • Spiritual, • Social, Thematic Areas 1. 2. 3. Educational • English medium School • Private after school tutors • Home supervisor Spiritual • Collective prayers, recitation of Holy Quran, etc. • Special arrangements on Wiladat and Shahadat Social Interactions • Extra-curricular activities and field trips • Birthday parties and other events GSIS is one of the good and renowned English medium schools in Islamabad.
