PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Uniforms will consist of ATHLETIC tshirts and shorts.
Proper fitting tennis shoes that tie
(stay on foot when kicking).
Write student’s name on uniforms.
Remember, PE clothes must be
appropriate length according to school
dress code requirements.
Dress out everyday.

MATH ACCEL & READ 180
GUIDELINES



You WILL be placed in Math Accel or Read 180
if you do not pass the Math or Reading portion
of the TAKS test.
Math Accel or Read 180 will take the place of
one of your electives so you will only have the
opportunity to take PE/Wellness.
Choose the elective that you really want, the
counselors just want to prepare you for what
could happen if TAKS scores are not met.

Have a homework routine.
 Have some supplies at home.
 Choose a quiet place to do
homework and study.
 Make a timeline for projects.
- “To Do” Lists!!!
 Pack up when you are finished.

HELPFUL IDEAS
 Once
a week clean out
that backpack!
 Clean out your locker
after each 6 weeks.
 Check the agenda every
night and discuss the
day’s work with your
parents. (they want to
know what your doing).

assignments and sometimes
attach homework
assignments.
