– Only one Standing Offer can be referenced on a 942 or
government PO
– If the 942 is exceptionally vague (such as a description of
“desktop”) send a quote with it, Avoid mistakes
– Do not combine multiple 942’s on to a single order with Tech Data
– Do not modify the 942 as it will be reviewed by PWGSC
