facing Ministry website and Intranet providing information
with social media collaboration and E-Services to the
country’s Citizens, Residents, Visitors and Journalists.

• Faced difficulty in presenting wireframes which are in gray boxes, as customer used to compare and perceive it in visual design
concepts with colors and images.
• Communication, Interaction and understanding the existing application in Arabic language.
• Challenge in getting sign-off for visual designs as they were very particular in Arabic traditional design concepts and styles.
